PRODUCT

NOOV tumblers are made from high-quality food-grade stainless steel (304 inside, 201 outside). They are BPA-free, durable, and designed to keep your drinks fresh and safe all day long.

Our double-wall vacuum insulation keeps drinks cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 12 hours, making them perfect for water, coffee, smoothies, or tea — wherever your day takes you.

We recommend using a soft cloth with warm water and mild soap. Avoid using abrasive scrubbers or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the finish.

New lids may feel tight initially due to our secure seal design. Gently twist the lid back and forth a few times or soak it in warm water for a minute to loosen it slightly.

Please contact us at noovindia@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with images of the damaged product. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.

Currently, we offer beautifully pre-designed tumblers. Customization or engraving options are not available yet — but stay tuned!

ORDERS 

Since we process orders quickly, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order at noovindia@gmail.com. Changes after dispatch are not possible.

Add your products to the cart, proceed to checkout, and on the payment page, enter your code in the “Discount code” box and click Apply.

SHIPPING 

If you ordered Sunday - Friday, your order will ship the next business day. If you ordered after 1pm on a Saturday, your order will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday, depending on the volume of orders received over the weekend. Please allow additional processing and shipping time for weekends, holidays, sales, pre orders, and new releases.

We dispatch orders within 24 hours and the shipping timings depends on your location.

This happens from time to time as the carrier may have prematurely marked the package "delivered" before its arrival or delivered to the wrong location. We recommend checking with your neighbors and the local postal office first. If it's not found within 3 days after marked "delivered", please let us know at noovindia@gmail.com

Sometimes tracking links don't update daily, and can take 48-72 hours to update. If it hasn’t updated, don’t worry. Your package is still on it’s way to you and should update soon! If you do not see updates for more than 72 hours, please contact us.

RETURNS
